Return Policy
We make sure that our products reach our customers in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our office within office working hours, so we can arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Returned items will be fully refunded within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned package. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for delivery charges if any items are returned.
If for some reason you'd like to exchange your order you can exchange it within 14 days from the date you have ordered. Exchange items will be subject to an administration fee of £10. The exchange of items will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned package. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return and re-delivery costs. All Exchanges are subject to our availability of the product.
